Important Service Policies



  1. All professionals are mobile stylists which means we come to you. We do not have a permanent salon location.
  2. All new clients are asked to schedule a free consultation appointment prior to hair services or complete an online hair consultation questionnaire. Clients may be asked to provide pictures of their hair.
  3. It is best to provide images of your desired hair style during your consultation.

Style Removal

  1. Please remove your hairstyles before coming to your appointment. 
  2. If you need your style removed, please schedule an appointment for a style removal.
  3. There is a fee for removing styles & extension, based on an hourly rate

Extension Hair

  1. Prices for hair extension services do not include the cost of the hair. Prices for various types of hair have a wide range. 
  2. You may purchase your own hair and bring with you to your appointment, or we can pre order hair extensions of your choice.
  3. Deposits must be made in advance to order hair for extensions.


  1. Payments and deposits can be made in advance via PayPal invoice or in person at your appointment via cash, credit or debit. No personal checks are accepted.
  2. All deposit payments must be made prior to your appointment and will be applied to your service cost.


Cancellations may be made at any time for service appointments. However, for certain services that require a deposit, deposits become non-refundable if made within 24 hours of your appointment. Future appointments cannot be scheduled until all fees are received. For any live classes or sessions paid in advance, no refunds are offered. However, payments may be transferred to any other class or service offered at a future date.
